On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 1, 2004, the Income Tax (BC Family Bonus) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 231/98, is amended

(a) in section 2 (1) (b) by striking out

(i) "$1 313" in both places and substituting "$1 361",

(ii) "$1 119" and substituting "$1 160",

(iii) "$1 046" and substituting "$1 085", and

(iv) "$21 529" in all three places and substituting "$22 615", and

(b) in section 3 (1) by striking out "$605" in both places and substituting "$576", and by striking out "$405" and substituting "$434".
