On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Independent School Regulation, B.C. Reg. 262/89, is amended in section 2 (4) by striking out "section 180 of the Company Act" and substituting "section 205 of the Business Corporations Act".
