B.C. Reg. 205/2004, deposited May 7, 2004, pursuant to the MILK INDUSTRY AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 [Section 26]. Order in Council 443/2004, approved and ordered May 6, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following sections of the Milk Industry Amendment Act, 1997, S.B.C. 1997, c. 9, are brought into force by this regulation:

(a) Section 1 (a), in respect of the repeal of the phrase "imitation milk product" in section 1 of the Milk Industry Act;

(b) Sections 9, 10, 11 and 15;

(c) Section 21 (h) in respect of the repeal of section 40 (2) (v) and (w) of the Milk Industry Act.
