B.C. Reg. 207/2004, deposited May 7, 2004, pursuant to the SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 87 (1)] and the STRATA PROPERTY ACT [Sections 243 and 292]. Order in Council 460/2004, approved and ordered May 6, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) section 37 of the Sustainable Resource Management Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 66, is brought into force by this regulation,

(b) section 14.4 (1) (m) (ii) of the Strata Property Regulation, B.C. Reg. 43/2000, is amended by striking out "regulations made by the Surveyor General for surveys under the Land Title Act;" and substituting "rules made under section 75 of the Land Surveyors Act;", and

(c) section 2 (1) (b) of the Bare Land Strata Regulations, B. C. Reg. 75/78, is amended by striking out "regulations made by the Surveyor General" and substituting "rules made under section 75 of the Land Surveyors Act".
