I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(a) order in council 3130/68, and B.C. Regs. 152/71, 21/73, 35/88, 83/88, 157/96 and 389/98 are rescinded, and

(b) B.C. Reg. 263/93 is amended as noted in the attached Schedule.

B.C. Reg. 263/93 is amended in Schedule A

(a) by deleting the following site and the corresponding sketch:

LIMESTONE, SKEDANS, REEF ISLANDS WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS
      Skeena Mining Division
      Queen Charlotte Land District

and

(b) by adding the following sites:

LIMESTONE ISLANDS WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
      Skeena Mining Division
      Queen Charlotte Land District

REEF ISLAND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA
      Skeena Mining Division
      Queen Charlotte Land District

and the corresponding sketches attached to this order.
