B.C. Reg. 212/2004, deposited May 14, 2004, pursuant to the MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2004 [Section 45]. Order in Council 472/2004, approved and ordered May 13, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) section 40 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 23, is brought into force, and

(b) effective June 15, 2004, sections 37 to 39 and 41 of that Act are brought into force.
