On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, retroactive to April 1, 2003, sections 2 to 8, 9 (1) (b) and (c) and (2), 11 (3) to (5), (8) and (9) and 13 (2) (a) and (b) and (3) of the Commercial River Rafting Safety Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 56, are repealed.
