B.C. Reg. 219/2004, deposited May 18, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated May 17, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 274/94 is amended

(a) by deleting in section 1 "minerals and" and, "until August 1, 2004", and

(b) by deleting in section 2 "mineral or".
