B.C. Reg. 222/2004, deposited May 21, 2004, pursuant to the COMMERCIAL APPEALS COMMISSION REPEAL ACT [Section 70] and the FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT [Section 289 (3) (v)]. Order in Council 498/2004, approved and ordered May 20, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that effective June 1, 2004,

(a) sections 1, 18, 19, 21, 23 to 31, 32 (b), 36 to 39, 41 to 48, 53, 59, 61, 63, 65 and 6 of the Commercial Appeals Commission Repeal Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 51, are brought into force, and

(b) the following regulation is made:

Filing fee

1 The fee for filing an appeal under section 289 (3) (v) of the Financial Institutions Act is $850.
