B.C. Reg. 227/2004, deposited May 21, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 210] and the INSURANCE (MOTOR VEHICLE) ACT [Section 45]. Order in Council 510/2004, approved and ordered May 20, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following are repealed:

(a) Divisions 12 and 13 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58;

(b) Item 7 (a) of the Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91;

(c) section 150 (1) (c) and (7) of the Revised Regulation (1984) under the Insurance (Motor Vehicle) Act, B.C. Reg. 447/83;

(d) form APV36 of Schedule 5 of the regulations referred to in paragraph (c).
