B.C. Reg. 228/2004, deposited May 21, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 210 (2) (c)]. Order in Council 511/2004, approved and ordered May 20, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58, are amended

(a) by repealing section 27.06 (1) (a),

(b) in section 27.06 (4) (a), by striking out "date of birth,", "address" and "test grades,",

(c) in section 27.06 (4) (b) by striking out "date of birth,", "a copy of the driver's abstract dated within the past year," and "a copy of the police check dated within the past 2 years,",

(d) by repealing sections 27.06 (13) and 27.07 (2),

(e) in section 27.07 (5), by striking out "Subsections (2) and (4), other than the requirements under subsection (4) concerning examinations, do" and substituting "Subsection (4), other than the requirements under that subsection concerning examinations, does", and

(f) by repealing sections 27.09 (1) (e), (2) (b), (3), (4) (b), (5), 27.10 (1) and (2) (g).
