On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) the Power for Jobs Development Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 402/97, is repealed, and

(b) Orders in Council 899/99 and 492/2001 are rescinded.
