B.C. Reg. 232/2004, deposited May 21, 2004, pursuant to the PUBLIC SAFETY AND SOLICITOR GENERAL STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2002 [Section 58]. Order in Council 521/2004, approved and ordered May 20, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following sections of the Public Safety and Solicitor General Statutes Amendment Act, 2002, S.B.C. 2002, c. 52, are brought into force by this regulation:

(a) section 39 (a),

(b) that part of section 44 that enacts section 12.3 of the Motion Picture Act, and

(c) that part of section 45 (b) that enacts section 14 (2) (j), (k), (m) and (n) of the Motion Picture Act.
