On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 2 (b) of the Safety Standards Act Repeal and Transitional Provisions Regulations, B.C. Reg. 137/2004, is amended by striking out "May 31, 2004" and substituting "June 30, 2004".
