On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Victoria Gas Special Direction Regulation, B.C. Reg. 38/89, and the Transfer of Shares Restriction Regulation, B.C. Reg. 147/82, are repealed.
