On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 4, 2004, the Vital Statistics Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 55, is brought into force by this regulation.
