I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1 A coal land reserve is established over the following described lands in the Fort Steele Mining Division, Kootenay Land District:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.
