B.C. Reg. 256/2004, deposited June 11, 2004, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 561/2004, approved and ordered June 10, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) the definition of "child disability benefit" in section 1 of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended by striking out "Income Tax Act;" and substituting "Income Tax Act (Canada);", and

(b) the definition of "child disability benefit" in section 1 of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended by striking out "Income Tax Act;" and substituting "Income Tax Act (Canada);".
