On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 28, 2004, items 7, 12, 15 and 17 of section 2 of the Land Title Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/79, are repealed and the items, as set out in the attached Schedule, are substituted.
