On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Health Care Facility Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 31/2004, is amended by adding the following to the list in section 1:

— c. HANSEN, Minister of Health Services; G. COLLINS, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
