On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Fee for a True Copy of the Assessment Notice, B.C. Reg. 61/81, is repealed and the following regulation is made:

FEE FOR COPY OF INFORMATION
IN THE CURRENT ASSESSMENT NOTICE REGULATION

Fee for copy of notice

1 The fee, referred to in section 6 (5) of the Assessment Act, for a copy of the information contained in the current assessment notice is $6 per parcel of land referred to in the assessment notice.
