On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 28, 2004, sections 20 to 24 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 51, are brought into force by this regulation.
