On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 10 (b), (c) and (d), 19 and 72 of the Provincial Revenue Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 40, are brought into force.
