On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended in section 2, in the list of employers designated for the purposes of paragraph (g) of the definition of "public sector employer" in the Act,

(a) by striking out "Community Access Resources Ltd.", and

(b) by adding "Sunshine Coast Community Services Society".
