B.C. Reg. 286/2004, deposited June 18, 2004, pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR PENSION PLANS ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 611/2004, approved and ordered June 17, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Institutions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 158/2003, is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(f) BC Rail Ltd. Pension Plan;

(g) Supplementary Pension Plan for Executive Employees of BC Rail Ltd.
