B.C. Reg. 304/2004, deposited June 30, 2004, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 653/2004, approved and ordered June 30, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that:

(a) the Central Coast Designated Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 115/2002, is repealed, and

(b) it being in the public interest, Crown land outlined in heavy black on the maps in Schedules 1 to 86, attached to this order, is specified as the Central Coast Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending May 23, 2006.
