On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the part of section 9 of the Insurance Corporation Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 35, that enacts section 49 of the Insurance Corporation Act, is brought into force by this regulation.
