On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2004, the Water Regulation, B.C. Reg. 204/88, is amended

(a) in section 4 (1) by striking out "section 45" and substituting "section 100", and

(b) in section 23.1 (1) (b) and (3) (b) by striking out "section 39" and substituting "section 88".
