B.C. Reg. 310/2004, deposited July 5, 2004, pursuant to the BRITISH COLUMBIA RAILWAY ACT [Section 45]. Order in Council 672/2004, approved and ordered July 5, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 9, 2004,
(a) the real property, and rights, titles and interests, described in the attached Schedule are designated as railway property for the purposes of section 45 of the British Columbia Railway Act,
(b) this order is the prescribed form of transfer for the purposes of section 45 (5) of that Act, and
(c) Part 1 of the Schedule of the Railway Property Designation and Form of Transfer Regulation, B.C. Reg. 498/2003, is amended by striking out the legal description for Parcel Identifier No. 024-592-366 and substituting the following:
OPTION TO PURCHASE BT75298 OVER LOT 2, EXCEPT; PART DEDICATED ROAD ON PLAN BCP5703, DISTRICT LOTS 111 AND 172, GROUP 2, NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT, PLAN LMP43300 |
