B.C. Reg. 311/2004, deposited July 5, 2004, pursuant to the BRITISH COLUMBIA RAILWAY ACT [Section 45]. Order in Council 673/2004, approved and ordered July 5, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 9, 2004,

(a) the real property, and rights, titles and interests, described in the attached Schedule A are designated as railway property for the purposes of section 45 of the British Columbia Railway Act,

(b) this order is the prescribed form of transfer for the purposes of section 45 (5) of that Act, and

(c) the railway properties described in the attached Schedule B are designated as subdividable properties for the purposes of section 45 of the British Columbia Railway Act.
