On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 4 of the Parks and Protected Areas Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 52, is brought into force by this regulation.
