I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy and Mines, order that the Pipeline Regulation, B.C. Reg. 360/98, is amended in section 1 in the definition "CSA Standard Z662" by striking out "CSA-Z662-99" and substituting "CSA-Z662-03".
