B.C. Reg. 340/2004, deposited July 23, 2004, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 19 (14)]. Order in Council 823/2004, approved and ordered July 22, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 438/81, the Prescribed Classes of Property Regulation, is amended

(a) in section 1 (c) by deleting ", forestry",

(b) by repealing section 3, and

(c) by repealing section 7 and substituting the following:

Class 7 — managed forest land

7 Class 7 property must include only land meeting the definition of managed forest land.
