B.C. Reg. 345/2004, deposited July 23, 2004, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26 (2)]. Order in Council 810/2004, approved and ordered July 22, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended in section 1 (1) in the definition of "unearned income" by repealing paragraph (s) and substituting the following:

(s) awards of compensation under the Criminal Injury Compensation Act or awards of benefits under the Crime Victim Assistance Act, other than an award paid for repair or replacement of damaged or destroyed property; .
