On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Health Professions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 237/92, is amended

1 in section 6 by striking out "subsections 12 (3) and 19 (7)" and substituting "subsections 12 (3), 19 (7) and 50 (3)", and

2 by striking out "council" wherever it appears and substituting "minister".
