On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following regulation is made:

REGIONAL PARKS AND REGIONAL TRAILS REGULATION

Additional power to acquire interest or right in land

1 A regional district that provides a regional park or regional trail service is granted the additional power to acquire, by lease, easement, statutory right of way, licence or permit, an interest or right in land to be used for that service.
