On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 19 and 21 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 96, are brought into force by this regulation.
