B.C. Reg. 364/2004, deposited July 23, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 216]. Order in Council 817/2004, approved and ordered July 22, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2005, the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58, is amended in section 25.14

(a) in subsection (1) by adding "Unless otherwise specified in this Part," before "An inspection certificate",

(b) by repealing subsection (2),

(c) in subsection (3) by striking out everything before paragraph (a) and substituting "An inspection certificate of approval expires on the last day of the twelfth month following the issue of the certificate for",

(d) in subsection (3) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:

(c) a commercial trailer, except a commercial trailer used with a logging truck or equipped with a dump box, , and

(e) in subsection (3) by repealing paragraph (h).
