On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2004, the Investigation and Prosecution Costs Regulation, B.C. Reg. 227/90, is amended in the Schedule by striking out everything in Columns 1 and 2 under the heading Water Act and substituting the following:

section 93 (2) (i) unauthorized works

section 93 (2) (j) polluting stream contrary to order

section 93 (2) (k) diverting water without authority

section 93 (2) (l) diverting water contrary to permit

section 93 (2) (m) non-beneficial diversion

section 93 (2) (n) unlawful use of water

section 94 (1) (g) obstructing stream
