B.C. Reg. 380/2004, deposited August 4, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 212.2]. Order in Council 849/2004, approved and ordered August 4, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 37.01 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58, is amended in paragraph (c) of the definition of "commercial motor vehicle" by striking out "where the person who operates it is required to hold a licence under the Motor Carrier Act," and substituting "the operator of which is required to hold a licence under the Motor Carrier Act or the Passenger Transportation Act,".
