On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the BC Timber Sales Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/88, is amended

(a) in section 3 (2) (c) by striking out "under section 76 or 78 of the Act" and substituting "under section 78 or 78.1 of the Act",

(b) by repealing section 3 (3), and

(c) in section 6 (6) by striking out "in category 2" and substituting "in category 1 or 2".
