B.C. Reg. 386/2004, deposited August 9, 2004, pursuant to the LAND TAX DEFERMENT ACT [Sections 8 (3) and 9 (3)]. Ministerial Regulation M298/2004, dated July 20, 2004.

I, Rick Thorpe, Minister of Provincial Revenue, make the following regulation.

INTEREST RATE REGULATION

For the purposes of sections 8 and 9 of the Land Tax Deferment Act, the interest rate for the six-month period beginning October 1, 2004, shall be 1.75 percent per annum.
