DESIGNATION REGULATION NO. 4

I, Geoff Plant, Attorney General, designate officers of the Employment Standards Branch who have been delegated powers under sections 117 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 113, as commissioners for taking affidavits for British Columbia for the purposes of exercising the powers and performing the duties of their office.
