I, Geoff Plant, Attorney General, designate members of the Conservation Officer Service as set out in section 106 (2) of the Environmental Management Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 53, as commissioners for taking affidavits for British Columbia for the purposes of exercising the powers and performing the duties of their office.
