Treasury Board orders that the following amendments are made:

1 Section 1 of the Regional Health Authorities Retention of Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 114/98, is amended by striking out ", or a Community Health Services Society that is listed in the attached Appendix".

2 Section 2 is amended by striking out "Minister of Health" and substituting "Minister of Health Services".

3 Section 3 (c) is amended by striking out "Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations" and substituting "Minister of Finance".

4 The Appendix is deleted.
