B.C. Reg. 404/2004, deposited September 8, 2004, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 24]. Regulation of the Assessment Commissioner, dated September 7, 2004.

Under the powers conferred on me by section 24 of the Assessment Act, I hereby amend the Managed Forest Land and Cut Timber Values Regulation, B.C. Reg. 90/2000, by repealing Schedules B, C and D and substituting the attached Schedules B, C and D.
