On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) section 16 of the Business Number Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 50, is brought into force, and

(b) the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended in sections 3 (l) and 4 (a) by striking out "Company Act" and substituting "Business Corporations Act".
