On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 4, 15, 16 and 21 of the Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 34, are brought into force.
