B.C. Reg. 408/2004, deposited September 10, 2004, pursuant to the FOOD SAFETY ACT [Sections 4 (1) and 23]. Order in Council 889/2004, approved and ordered September 9, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 2 (3) of the Meat Inspection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 349/2004, is repealed and the following substituted:

(3) Subsection (2) ceases to have effect and is repealed on September 1, 2006.
