On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Pool Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 256/98, is amended by adding the following section:

Water Ramp Training Centre

4.2 The swimming facility in Whistler known as "H2Air Water Ramp" is exempt from the pool regulation.
